Account Services - Once you’ve logged into The Bingo Boutique you’ll be able to see your own personal Account Area. This area is also accessible by clicking the ‘My Account’ button in the games lobby. Within the My Account area you will find details about your current balance and VIP status. You will also be presented with a list of links on your left hand side which offer the following:

Make a deposit - If you want to make a deposit, withdrawal or cancel a pending withdrawal this link will take you to our cashier. Clicking on the ‘Banking’ button from within the games lobby or a games room will also take you to the cashier.
Inbox - This is where you will find messages from our staff. From time to time they will send you information about exciting promotions, new games or anything else they think may interest you. You’ll know when you’ve got mail because the button will turn pink!
Refer a Friend - Help us spread the word about The Bingo Boutique. We’ll give you 5,000 Loyalty Points when the friend you have referred makes a wager of £5.00 or more. All you have to do is enter their email address and the rest is down to us!
My Profile – Come here to update all of your personal information. You can also tell everyone here at The Bingo Boutique a little more about yourself, tell us where you’re from, what you like on television, your hobbies and much more! You can also personalise your experience at The Bingo Boutique by uploading a display picture (avatar). Please don’t upload anything offensive or else we’ll have to close your account and all funds in your account will be removed.
My Preferences - This is where you can update your password and make changes to your profile security settings as well as your chat room settings.
Account Details - Here you can see a detailed breakdown of your balance, amend your address and phone number and choose how you want us to contact you.
Friend List – Check out your friends list and invite other players at The Bingo Boutique to be your friend.

Redeem Loyalty Points - Switch your loyalty points into bonus money! Once you’ve done this, bonus money can be used to purchase tickets in the bingo rooms!

Password Security - Like with any site on the internet it is important to keep your username and password secure. If you think someone else knows any of your login details, you must change your password straight away.
To change your password, go to your account, click ‘My Preferences’ and then ‘Change my password’, and then follow the prompts. In order to keep your account secure it is also vital that you log out properly at the end of every session; you can do this easily by clicking the ‘Log out’ button. We ask that you make complaints as quickly as possibly after whatever it was you’re complaining about occurred. Once we’ve received your complaint we will confirm receipt and attempt to resolve it quickly.
